Any size above a UK Size 6 guarantees a secure fit.

Grip Socks:

Eos Elite grip socks are made with a significant amount of elastane to ensure a tight fit for all sizes. Therefore the sizing is flexible and should be only used as a guide.
For example, a UK size 8 will find Size S and Size L absolutely suitable. In the case of Size Medium (UK6-11), sizes UK 5 and 12 will still find the fit suitable.

Game changer

Bought this as little motivator to get back into running, and it’s been fab. No uncomfortable chafing and plenty of storage for what I need for runs of all lengths. The hi-vis will be great into Autumn/Winter too.

Water bottle needs redesign

Vest is a great product to hold phone, keys etc. The water bottle is really light-weight but the tube has no place to go. You have to tuck it under the vest and while this worked OK for some runs, on one occasion I ended up with a blister from where it was rubbing. The positioning tube needs to be better thought out.
