This vest and bladder are the first I’ve ever tried and I’m really satisfied with them. I’ve found that filling the bladder as full as you need it and then squeezing out any excess air helps to cut down any sloshing around of the water. Also to bring the hose under the arm, loop down under one side of the waist band and then hook up onto the other side stops the hose getting in the way of your arm when running. It would be good if Eos could show some photos of the product like this.
Great bottle for running and easy to clean
Like the size, very handy for shorter runs: don’t have to stop during a session.
Tubing is very rigid and is very long, it is hard to keep in one place when running. I’m constantly having to wrap it around the vest trying to keep in place when I’m running .
Excellent product, ideal for runs 10k +.
Love this water bottle. It tucks neatly into the running vest and straw is great for when out running
