This vest and bladder are the first I’ve ever tried and I’m really satisfied with them. I’ve found that filling the bladder as full as you need it and then squeezing out any excess air helps to cut down any sloshing around of the water. Also to bring the hose under the arm, loop down under one side of the waist band and then hook up onto the other side stops the hose getting in the way of your arm when running. It would be good if Eos could show some photos of the product like this.

Love it, it’s comfortable and does not move or annoy me while walking or running. I did order the socks too but they weren’t great. They were reeeeally big! I ordered the small and they fit my husband
