How long is delivery and is there tracking? 

All of our delivery options come with online tracking and delivery confirmation. Our standard delivery time is between 2-4 working days and our express delivery with tracking is between 1-2 working days. Both methods of delivery come with same day dispatch if an order is made before midday Monday-Friday.

Do you accept returns?

We absolutely do. We know one of the challenges of online shopping is not being able to try products before buying them, therefore our refund policy (see at the bottom of this page) allows you 30 days to return the product free of charge.

What customer service do you offer?

We understand that trust is vital when ordering online so we place a huge emphasis on our personal customer service. We DO NOT use chatbots! We reply personally to any emails within 1-2 working days in order to assist you swiftly before, after or during your order. 

Do you ship internationally?

We offer worldwide delivery. Our biggest delivery destinations are Ireland, the UK and the US. Shipping to the UK, Ireland and rest of Europe takes only 1-4 days.

Where are you based?

We founded Eos Elite in Ireland and we now have locations across the Ireland and the UK allowing us to seamlessly serve you, our customers, in different markets.

Is the running vest just for women? 

Our running vests are unisex and suitable for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient solution to the barriers of running with your valuables. 

When will the Eos IlluminLight Running Vest be back in stock?

What size phone does the running vest fit? 

The pocket is 17cm tall which fits 99% of smartphones including iPhone max models. 

Is the running vest a tight fit? 

Our running vests have been specifically designed to ensure an ultra light and compact fit. There is an adjustable strap on both sides of our running vests which can be altered to an individuals preference of tightness. 

Are the Eos Elite running vests waterproof? 

Our running vests are not waterproof but they are light splash proof.
