Eos Elite Shipping Policy
At Eos Elite, we strive to ensure a smooth and transparent delivery experience for our customers. We comply with all relevant shipping regulations to provide a reliable and legally compliant service. Below are the key details of our shipping policy:
Delivery Locations
We currently ship to the following regions with no customs or import charges:
- EU member states
- United Kingdom
- Canada
- Australia
Any other destinations MAY be subject to local import duties and/or VAT which is the responsibility of the receiver to pay. If customs fees are not paid and the order is returned to sender shipping refunds won't be granted.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated based on the delivery location and the total weight of the order. Shipping fees are displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
- Free shipping may apply for orders exceeding £50/€60, depending on ongoing promotions or offers.
Delivery Times
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 business day (Monday to Friday) of receiving your order. Delivery times vary based on the destination:

Tracking
All orders come with tracking information. Upon dispatch, you will receive a tracking link via email so you can monitor your package’s journey.
Customs & Import Taxes
For UK Customers: No additional import taxes or duties will apply to UK orders.
For EU Customers: No additional import taxes or duties will apply to EU orders.
For US, Canada & Australia Customers: No additional import taxes or duties will apply to EU orders.
Missed Deliveries
If delivery attempts fail and the customer does not pick the parcel up from the local holding location (provided by the courier) in the time frame required and the parcel is returned to us, please note that additional shipping fees apply for redelivery.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, please contact us immediately so we can assist in tracking the package. We consider a parcel lost after:
- UK: 15 business days from the dispatch date
- EU: 15 business days from the dispatch date
- Other: 45 business days from the dispatch date
In cases of lost or undelivered packages, we will investigate and provide a replacement or a full refund, in compliance with consumer protection laws.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 14 days of receipt with photographic evidence. We will offer a replacement or full refund according to the nature of the issue.
Returns & Right to Withdraw
Under EU and UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. For returns please see our return and refund policy.
