The Eos Elite Mission
Our brand mission is to empower our Eos Community to maximise their performance and become better athletes, runners, and people. We strive to achieve this by providing innovative performance-based products that can drive the performance and improvement of our community, strengthening one’s mental and physical health.
Our Story
One thing we are deeply passionate about at Eos Elite is exercise and self-improvement. It has become increasingly clear in today's world that we have significant challenges to our mental and physical health. We believe that exercise and self-improvement are not only essential for physical health but also mental well-being. That drive to improve oneself is lined with purpose, resilience and grit.
At first we took small steps to help empower athletes and runners to improve. We launched our collection of UltraSoft grip socks, which help maximise potential through improving agility making our athletes quicker, preventing blisters making our athletes be able to sustain their performance and stabilising ankles to make our athletes confident in every step. This product was our initial step, resonating with our core values, to empower improvement.
Our running project took flight a year later. Recognising the transformative power of running for both mental and physical well-being, we started developing a range of running products engineered to eliminate barriers and liberate runners to run with freedom. This initiative was our way of expanding our international influence as we were pulled by demand in the UK market. This marked the beginning of our new mission to empower movement.

Our Story
This is probably the most challenging part of the website to write, but I'll do my best to share our story so far.
My name is Lorcan Healy, and I am the Founder of Eos Elite. One thing I am deeply passionate about (perhaps even slightly obsessed with) is exercise and self-improvement. In recent years, it has become increasingly clear that we face significant challenges to our mental and physical health. Many, I'm sure, agree that exercise and self-improvement are not only essential for physical health but also for mental well-being.
I've always dreamed of running a business that brings this passion to thousands of people and helps tackle the societal challenges we face. In December 2021, an opportunity arose that allowed me to take the first step in turning this dream into a vision and then into reality. I noticed a lack of high-quality grip socks in GAA colours in Ireland. Grip socks offer that extra edge, allowing people to maximise their potential in any exercise, whether it's playing in the Premier League or aiming to run a 5k without stopping. This product was our initial step, and it resonated with our core values of assisting people in their journey of physical activity and self-improvement.
Our running project began in November 2022, where we started developing a range of running products designed to eliminate hassle and enable people to run freely. This initiative was our way of expanding our international influence and embarking on a new mission to empower movement.
A year and a half since our public launch, we have a dedicated team managing every aspect of the company. Simon Feeney plays a crucial role in our marketing and events, which form the foundation of our communication with you, our customers. Cormac Henry and Niall Healy contribute key individual talents that help us expand into new markets and bring our vision to life. Our fantastic warehouse team ensures that all orders get to you as quickly as possible.
Thanks to your support, we have grown faster than any of us expected. As we continue to grow, we can empower more people in more ways to move and improve. We are excited about our plans for the coming year and sincerely thank you for your support. We hope we have helped and will continue to assist you on your journey.
