Eos Elite Returns Policy
At Eos Elite, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.
30-Day Free Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item for free if you change your mind. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and in the case of items in non-resealable packaging (grip socks, compression sleeves and water bladders) they must be unopened. Proof of purchase such as an order confirmation email is required too.
How to Initiate a Return
1. Contact Us: Before returning any item, please contact our team at info@eos-elite.com or via the contact tab on our website to notify us of your intent to return. We will reply within 1-2 working days. If you do not receive a response please send us a message via the contact form under the contact tab on our website.
2. Return Authorisation: After asking a few questions we will provide you with return authorisation and instructions for the return.
3. Package Your Item: Securely package your item in its original packaging, if possible. Include your return authorisation number on the outside of the package.
4. Return Shipping: All return shipping is FREE, instructions will be provided.
5. Inspection and Refund: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets the return criteria. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method. Only orders returned due to the product being faulty will receive a refund of the original shipping fee. All other orders will be refunded the cost of the products only.
Defective or Damaged Items
Eos Elite stands behind the quality of our products. We offer a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase to cover manufacturing defects.
What’s Covered?
✔️ Manufacturing defects (e.g., faulty zippers, stitching issues).
✔️ Defects that affect product functionality under normal use.
What’s Not Covered?
❌ Wear and tear from regular use.
❌ Damage caused by improper care (e.g., machine washing, excessive force).
❌ Accidental damage (tears, cuts, snags).
Customised or logo-applied items are made to order and are therefore non-returnable and non-refundable unless a manufacturing fault is present.
We will provide instructions for returning the item and arranging for a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued for the cost of the item and only orders returned due to product defects will receive a refund of the original shipping fee. All other orders will be refunded the cost of the items only.
Your Statutory Rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights. As an EU and UK consumer, you are protected by consumer law. For more information on your rights, please visit your relevant governmental website.
